Let's start playing the game:
Road War is a 2 player game. Both players are generals of an activist that successfully brought down the president of Jaia, but now they are fighting to take the throne of being the president of Jaia.
So the game starts when players are given tiles and tokens which are shown above. Each turn they only have 1 action point to use, they can either put a tile on the board or move their tokens. Both of them can use the tiles for offense which is building roads or for defense which is using the buildings to block the opponent's road. Buildings can only be passed when a tank runs on it, if that happens it will become a 4 way road. Tanks uses 1 turn to either turn or advance a road.
When they have successfully made roads, they can now explore the city. Players can only win if their general occupies the Palace which is on the middle or by killing the general of their opponent. If that happens, their will be a new president that will be reigning over Jaia.
